What are the best ways you can use seafood other than savoring them with delight? Well there may be many ways of people using seafood. As fish is the most popular seafood, I am presenting you some varieties of fish other than fish meal.

They are like fish roe, fish sauce, fish oil, shrimp paste, etc. Coming to fish oil, it is very healthy diet especially for people with heart diseases. It also helps our body and mind to perform great. The main supplements in fish oil are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) along with omega-3 fatty acids.

Usually these acids are not readily available in fish directly. So it is different eating fish meal and consuming fish oil.

It is recommended that people must consume at least one or two grams of fish oil a day. The EPA and DHA are generally non available supplements in our regular food. The intake of omega-3 along with EPA and DHA helps to control cholesterol in our body and reduces inflammation.

Fish oil is commonly available in the form of capsules. It is also available in liquid form.
