Fish Oil – A Natural Cholesterol Regulator

It also helps our body and mind to perform great. The main supplements in fish oil are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) along with omega-3 fatty acids.

It is recommended that people must consume at least one or two grams of fish oil a day. The EPA and DHA are generally non available supplements in our regular food. The intake of omega-3 along with EPA and DHA helps to control cholesterol in our body and reduces inflammation.
