To keep your teeth clean and healthy you must follow some instructions and practices and make them as daily routine. Some cleaning tips to properly maintain your teeth include:
Brush your teeth twice per day: The best way to remove plaque, bacteria and prevent cavities is by brushing of teeth and keep them clean. Twice a day, preferably in the morning and during bed time brushing must be done. Dentists suggest to keep the bristles of toothbrush at 45 degrees from the mouth at the gum area and teeth. Brushing should cover all the areas and surfaces inside of the teeth.
Floss at least once in a day: Flossing removes plaque and food particles between the teeth and under the gum line. An inter dental cleaner or mouthwashes can be used.
Use a fluoride toothpaste: The toothpaste must contain fluoride as an ingredient to protect against tooth decay and reduce plaque and gingivitis.
Use hydrogen peroxide and mint to rinse: Hydrogen peroxide must be mixed with water and then be rinsed in mouth to get rid of infection-causing bacteria and the resulting side effects. Rinsing your mouth with mint prevents from occurring infections and keeps a fresh breath.
In addition to this other measures to keep teeth clean are chewing a sugar free gum, replacing toothbrush every 3-4 months, getting teeth cleanings done by dentist etc.
